Primary responsibility of entering all the case management data from the 3 MCHs into the CPIMS/GBVIMS

Assessment of capacity building needs of MCH protection staff and design of training plans for all staff
Support for nurses, including capacity building trough on the job-training and evaluations, with extra support of Capacity Building Manager (weekly).
Support for counselors, including capacity building through simulations and evaluations, with extra support of CBO for PSS and PSS expert (weekly).
Support for case managers, including capacity building through simulations + evaluations, on the job training.
Support for Community Health Workers and Community Case Workers including capacity building through training and evaluations.
To provide reports on the capacity building initiatives, including pictures, good practices, and lessons learnt.
Design and implement innovative strategies to support the identification of survivors in collaboration with Capacity Building Manager for Health and GBV Advisor.
