• Social Media: I set-up a company-wide social media strategy that integrated our marketing, retail, and CRM departments’ objectives and targets. I also proposed and managed bespoke social media plans and budgets for all high-profile brands, as well as designed distinctive voices and content for each. I liaised directly with various social media influencers to coordinate and maximize the event’s outreach. In light of DWW’s 2017 success, this event had been renewed to take place in 2019.

• Meraas Holdings: I managed multiple social media platforms for the following Dubai shopping destinations during a month-long campaign each: Dubai City Walk, Box Park, The Beach, Last Exit and The Dubai Outlet Village. For all destinations, I promoted a treasure-hunt game on all social media channels to increase footfall.
