Planning of Receipt & issue section working according to daily receipt of material in Unit.

Daily update the receipt (MRN) and issue transactions and intimate to concern department

Planning the stacking of material in their respective place in receipt & issue section to avoid their losses & damaged of any material by mis -handling .

Daily processing of freight of transporters according to their awarded contracts and update the details in excel sheets.

Daily planning for dispatch of RGP /Rejected material to their respected supplier and organized the Transporter /Courier for their dispatch.

Interaction with inter units / /Corp offices for day to day issue regarding the material.

Daily approval of material form concern deptt. and processing the mrn to accounts.

Daily entry the issue material transaction in system and update the stock in NOW System.

Daily contact with customer of scrap material for their lifting according to contract awarded.

Planning of dispatch of machinery to customer / inter unit and organized the transporter /labor for their loading.

Daily follow-up with suppliers for dispatch of material against of pending purchase order of corporate. office.

Planning of material lifting from transports according the dispatch details received from suppliers.

To ensure that all the reports related to monthly, quarterly & yearly closing to concern deptt. and accounts deptt..

Daily follow up of regarding RGP Materials from supplier .

Ensure that the perpetual inventory system and update the stock in system.

Planning of stock take of regular items and raise their quarterly Purchase requisition .

To ensure that all the records are update in different processes in Now system and followup for pending issues.

Keep watching on Slow and Non Moving Inventory and Inform to concern Department. ACADEMIC QUALIFICATION:
