Research and resolve payroll tax discrepancies

Prepare and maintain related payroll records and reports

Lead the administration of retirement plans, by applying expertise, and in compliance with plan design, government regulations and legal requirements by working with vendor and outside counsel as assigned

Lead the delivery of employee benefits plans to employees, resolve issues and addresses employees questions; manage benefits plans through third parties providers

Review and reconcile all benefits billing invoices such as medical, dental, vision, LTD, life insurance to submit to accounting department for payment

Assist other Human Resources positions while staff in absence
