Based on the success achieved at Delta Seeds, I was Offered a position by The Board of Directors at the holding company NWK Pty
(Ltd) as Sales Representative in marketing 4 brands in the maize industry.
I was soon promoted to Sales and Marketing Manager.
Due to the demand to comply with Broad Based Black Economic Empowerment, in South Africa, a black owned company was brought on board as shareholder and I was offered an opportunity to move to African Star Grain & Milling to run the Sales Department of the Holding Company, which included 10 brands and a sales team of 10 representatives, across South Africa.
A global, leading merchandiser of commodities, Louis Dreyfus holds 49% of the holding company.
I set sales targets and drive sales that have the forecast of R180 000 000.00 in the next 6 months.

As Marketing Manager, I had to acquaint and familiarize myself with knowledge in the mining industry, such as:

As appointed Sales Agent for a Non-GMO Seeds company, I had to do thorough research to gain enough product knowledge to be enabled to seek and grow the customer base of farmers who were willing to plant corn in an unconventional way.
With the severe resistance against old methods and the strength and power of Monsanto, it was a real challenge, but I grew a new customer base of 60 farmers in a small area in North West and managed to convince them to plant non-GMO.
As a Social Worker in North West Province, South Africa, where social inequality and general injustice dictated long after the abolishment of the Apartheid Regime, I applied academic discipline and a hands-on approach to promote social cohesion, individual development and the empowerment and liberation of the people. Through micro, miso and macro approaches, I did requirement analyses in rural communities to launched and coordinate projects that included:
The installation of ramps to improve wheelchair accessibility at all homes in need in the Zeerust and Ditsobotla areas.
Founder and Coordinator of the Women Empowerment campaign in Tlhabologang, North West Province where I lead the recruitment of 30 strong, Christian female leaders in the community. We identified 600 teenage mothers in need of guidance, hope and vision. Through various programs we built a solid foundation of skills and helped them see their child’s and their place in The Greater Plan.
Managing an Old Age home with 55 residents. Consulting with family members and interviewing/counselling of the residents on a weekly basis.
Form part of an Adoption panel, where I was tasked by the Government to do a backlog of 78 adoptions over a period of 4 months.
