•CNC Machinist/ Operator/ Programmer

•Communicate with Supervisor and Co-Worker from previous shift about machines running condition & if there are any alarms to watch, ignore, or how to fix it next time the alarm goes off.

•Check Swarf levels in bins and inside machine before I start running my station/ machine

•Make sure my machine/ robots correctly complete one full cycle/ part first before moving from visible sight of machine to do anything else

•Check Oil levels in machine to see if the levels are good and there are no leaks

•Make sure all tools are in good condition and present at my station at the beginning of my shift

•Set Up/ Operate CNC Robots (Make corrections as needed in program)

•Daily make sure all Gears available for my shift/machine are correct and not damaged

•Downstack all Transmission Gears (as needed) into stacks to properly run in Machine w/ Robots

•Change & Measure tools for CNC machines/ Robots as needed

•Periodically and/or hourly in every shift have Transmission Gears certified through Quality

•Perform 6S daily and more deep cleaning or organizing as needed or requested per Management

•Communicate with my Co-Workers and/or Supervisor during or after my shift

•Daily make sure my machine, paperwork, tools, area and racks are all in order and available for a smooth transition for the shift coming after me

•Daily, make sure All Safety Procedures are documented for my shift

•Spot Welder Operator/ Programmer (Low Resistance Welding)

•Responsible for Daily Forklift Check for Fabrication Department

•Supply Manager for my Department (Fabrication)

•(Floater) Move to any station/ machine, as needed daily. Prioritize with Management

•Responsible for training and setting up station/ machine for new employees, as needed

•Assembly Set Up/ Operator, Shear Set Up/ Operator, Drill Press Set Up/ Operator

•Safety Committee (Evaluate, Upgrade, Helped Department to meet 5S Standards)

•Time Saver Set Up/ Operator, Forklift Operator, Clean Up/ Set Up Second Shift Daily
