OWO Capstone Project

A web application that focuses on helping people save money through the use of a money pools.

● Managed the project’s Github repo and ensured all pull requests were compatible with existing code.

● Implemented NodeJS and Stripe API to allow users to make payments to their corresponding money pool and stored transaction information for future reference in the database.

● Used PostgreSQL as a database to establish relationships between users, groups, and payments information.

Don’t Dine and Die Hackathon Project

A web application that allows users to explore New York City restaurants based on cuisine, zip code, and health inspection grade.

● Researched and executed queries to the NYC Open Data API to verify information displayed on the client side.

● Implemented React components to render out restaurant information using CSS Grids. Uni Passion Project

A school management system that aims to simplify the academic processes and transactions between professors and students.

● Minimized processes for students and professors, such as registering/withdrawing classes, submitting assignments, and checking grades using ReactJS and Bootstrap on the client side.

● Integrated NodeJS, ExpressJS, and PostgreSQL on the server side to manage user requests and established one-to-one and many-to-many relationships between students, professors and schools. EXPERIENCE

● Enrolled in an intensive 9-month, Google funded software engineering fellowship with a 9% acceptance rate (out of +1500 applicants).
