1st and 3rd shift lead over compounding, compound extrusion and NGR raw materials. I supervised two shifts over three different departments. In charge of ordering and testing all incoming raw materials. Ensured quality of all incoming and out going finished product and incoming raw materials met all quality specifications. I was also one the certified fork lift and scissor lift trainers. Experienced in internal and external audits for ANSI9001. Helped write and develop procedures and methods for compounding, compound extrusion, and raw material quality procedures. Also developed continuous process improvements that were placed as procedures in the plant. Also trained in Kaizen and 5S.

Heavy equipment operator on a piping and grating crew, which included erosion control, building storm drain retention ponds, and doing all sewer and storm drain piping for new residential developments. Worked closely with developers and city and county engineers on the work site. Heavy equipment operations excludes excavator, track loader, bulldozers, rubber tire loader, dump trucks, and soil compactors. Also experienced in working with blue prints and elevations on piping.
