Designing of customized additives packages, i.e. application and selection of fillers and extenders; UV, and Heat stabilizers, lubricants, Impact Modifiers, and other additives used in the art. Experience in profile, pipe, sheet and film extrusion; compounding extrusion, calendering, injection molding and blown-film manufacturing, dip, knife, and roll coating of various substrates with plastisols, extrusion coating.
