ERP Selection - Gathered Requirements and Developed a Request for Proposal (RFP) for three manufacturing locations, for business transformation.
Evaluated several ERP Software packages, recommended two ERP software’s that fits Hendrick Manufacturing process and procedures.
Hendrick Management selected EPICOR ERP Systems.
We worked with EPICOR to decide what modules we needed to support the entire business.
Purchase servers from an EPICOR partner and doubled the size of the servers, the servers were installed in PA.
EPICOR installed version 0.5 and tested the entire system, to verify that the installation works.
IMPLEMENTATION: Created a detailed Project Plans to manage the EPICOR system and MES implementation in Owensboro, KY, in a Manufacturing Company/

Management systems, to clients such as Land O’Lakes and SoloCup.
Results: Projects were completed on schedule and within budget, reducing warehouses from 250 to 150 for Land O’Lakes. There was large project change (All divisions were added)/ that increased the project cost to more than double.
IT Program Management, directed the implementation of ERP with 54 entity GL to support global rollout (USA, Canada, Asia and Europe).
Results: The system was implemented successfully and seamlessly with an organizational change that affected the implementation.
