ADS CONSULTING PARTNERS, Holland, PA. 10/2017 – 05/2017 Program Manager (Air Liquide): Lead a program to replace a 20-year-old financial application for Financial Consolidation & Close, Budget and Planning with SAP EPM cloud-hybrid solution (BPC on premise and SAP Analytics Cloud).

Delivered business case, secured capital from corporate capital investment approval board, assisted in implementation partner evaluation and selection, established program structure and governance, chaired steering committee, facilitated business blueprint workshops.

Designed and deployed SharePoint site for program management.

Oversaw project management resources and implementation partner team to execute deployment to 400+ users in Corporate and Divisional Finance organization in US, CA and MX.

Deployed a cash payment and remittance application deployment using a cloud solution (HighRadius) integrated with SAP ERP Finance module.

ORTHO CLINICAL DIAGNOSTICS, Raritan NJ. 08/2015 – 08/2017 Director (North America ERP Lead): Lead role for the company’s largest region and highest criticality program in relocating and transforming IT infrastructure and Business Applications during divestiture from Johnson & Johnson. Program scope included redeployment of entire IT infrastructure and application suite to support Finance, Manufacturing, Procurement and HR.

Systems deployed SAP Finance on S4/HANA, SAP APO, SAP WMS, SAP BI/Analytics, SAP BPC, SAP Ariba Procurement, Workday HR, Salesforce CRM, and over 100 attached applications subject to strict FDA/CFR-11 guidelines.
