PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

Accounts Receivables Clerk, Carole Fabrics Inc., Augusta, GA 05/2015-07/2015 Duties included matching our vendor’s invoices (bills), with the receivers for the material they received. Maintain a daily, accurate log of each receiver brought up to Accounting from the shipping department to go together with the vendor invoices, once matched with the correct invoice the receiver is coded with the correct General Ledger codes and passed to Accounts Payable Departments to be prepared for our weekly check runs. Administrative & Rental Assistant, Channel Realty Company, A ugusta, GA 04/2008-12/2008 Duties included meeting with customers to obtain their client information for credit and background checks to start the apartment rental process. I was also in charge of opening, closing, and reconciling accounts, and doing payroll for all employees. I oversaw accounts payable and receivables departments as well. I was overseer of the Marketing Department, which brought in new rental clients for property management as well as renters.
