Recruitment & staffing:

End to end recruitment of all levels of candidates through various channels. Job order attestation from respective embassy’s, Scheduling, coordinating & Conducting interviews, negotiating salaries, Making final offers, deployment & Induction.

Training & Development:

Coordinate Induction program & Deliver trainings to enhance skills based on Training Needs in consultation with department heads for higher responsibilities. Implementing training plans in line with business requirements via in-house or external providers.
