New Doha International Airport Project Doha Qatar (USD 14 Billion) – FIDIC Contract
The project calls for construction of New Doha International Airport. The airport covers a land area in excess 22 kilometers and handles around 50 million passengers, 2 million tonnes of cargo, and 320,000 aircraft landings and takeoffs each year. Over 100 hectares alongside the new airport have been reserved for commercial development, including free trade zone, offices, hotels and retail mall,
The first phase construction of the new airport will include two runways of 4,850m and and 4,250m length designed specifically to accommodate the new Airbus A380-800 superjumbo.
A three-storey terminal building is also being constructed, including 40 contact gates and 350,000m of floor space, of which 25,000m will be dedicated as retail space. In addition, there will be seven remote gates and eight hardstand aircraft parking bays.
There will also be three new major road interchanges to provide access to the new airport from the city and surrounding areas (the airport itself will have 17km of dual-carriageway and single-carriageway roads).

Sky Tower and Sun Tower Project
The Sky Tower and Sun Tower are part of Shams Abu Dhabi Development on Reem Island within Abu Dhabi. The overall development site is a peninsula of land of some 132 Hectares. The development site is bounded by the sea to the east and north, and to the west by a Mangrove area.
The Sky Tower is a 74 storey mixed use tower with 37 floors of Grade A office space and 32 floors of luxury residential and the total height is 300 meters. The Sun Tower is a 64 storey tower of high end residential units with the total height of 245 meters. Each tower has 3 levels of basement. Indoor amenities are located on Level 5 at each tower. The two towers are connected by a 5 storey podium that encompasses a 2 level retail mall, parking at upper and basement levels, and is topped by a landscape terrace with outdoor amenities at Level 5. All indoor and outdoor amenities are for the residents of both towers. The towers including the podium are served by 53 nos. of elevators. The total built up area of the towers and podium is 517, 446 sqm. This includes all related Infrastructure for the mixed used development of Al Reem Island. The project was in 2 phases which consists all utility development such as roads,canals,gaslines,sewer lines,waterlines,streetlightings,electrical lines, landscape etc etc.in Phase1 and all building works in Phase 2.
Desert Tower @ Mohammed Bin Zayed City Abu Dhabi UAE (AED 1.8 Billion) – Infra Completed
The Desert Tower is a Residential – Commercial development owned by Al Qudra Real Estate (AQRE). It consists of 3-Star Hotel, 2 furnished apartment tower, 14 Residential Towers, Mosque and Public Landscaped Areas. The infrastructure work was completed like Roads, Drainage, water lines, gas lines, 11kv lines, sewer lines, street lights, however due to investors does not want to invest in their plots due to recession the building works were stopped.

The Silver Wave Tower is a Residential – Commercial development owned by International Capital Trading (ICT). It consists of 4-Basements parking, 2 Podium, 34 Floors Residential Apartments & Offices, Health Club and Swimming Pools.
Al-Noor New Hospital Project – Package 2 (AED 75 Million) - Completed –POMI Contract
The Hospital complex consists of Main Hospital Building, Labor Accommodation Block F, Power Plant Room, Helipad, Car Parking and Landscaping. The scope of works covers providing PM for; re-habilitation works, remaining structural works, finishing and electro-mechanical works. Handling scheduling responsibilities and making monthly and Biweekly reports to the Client.
The Infra structure of Hospital was including internal roads, car parks, boundary wall, shade structures, all utilities like water sewerage etc.
