Provided 13D Subject Matter Expertise and support to the TRADOC Capability Manager (TCM)- Fires office on current and emerging field artillery automation systems; developed and validated Tactics, Techniques, and procedures (TTP) dealing with how the automation systems affect cannon with changes to assigned systems; applied risk management in daily duties; participated in meetings, tests, fielding’s and briefings as required; attended regular training courses to further professional development in current position. Certified as a Tactical Site Exploitation Supervisor for a two man sniper team and five Explosive Ordinance Division teams that provided routine emergency support of 57 missions to the Polish military units with USAF in Afghanistan. Found over 75 unexploded improvised explosive devices and trained over 50 Polish and U.S. Soldiers on Improvised Explosive Devise identification and site exploitation. During this time period I’ve gained extensive knowledge and experience of planning combat operations to demobilizing enemy forces using the resources at my disposal like Demographics, Biometric Automated Tool Set (BATS) and the Handheld Integrated Identity Detection Equipment (HIIDE). During this period I was also trained by ex FBI agents on battlefield forensics.
Individual Readiness Training Supervisor (IRT) Convoy Security Supervisor (Fort Riley Kansas/ Iraq) March 2005-Aug 2008
Launched Individual Readiness Training to approximately 214 Soldiers enhancing their combat effectiveness for their deployments to the Southwest Asian region. IRT, which is now a 10-day program, consists of land navigation, High Mobility Multipurpose Wheeled Vehicle Egress Assistance training, combative drills, battle drills, improvised explosive device training, first-aid and weapons qualification as well as many antiterrorism/insider threat training classes. Trained deploying Soldiers on JCATS Joint Conflict And Tactical Simulation Enhancements and Multiple Unified Simulation Environment/ Virtual Reality Scene Generator (MUSE/VRSG). All of this training was planned and coordinated by me directly. Led a security force launching over 60 Combat Logistic Patrols through the extremely dangerous country of Iraq with 100% accountability of all personnel and equipment with zero casualties through a twelve month period. Subject matter expert for multiple Army computer systems such as the Joint Automated Deep Operations Coordination System (JADOCS), Counter Improvised Explosive Device system, Mine Resistant Ambush Protected Vehicle (MRAP), Automated Field Artillery Tactical Data System, Single Channel Ground and Airborne Radio Communication Systems, Blue Force Tracker systems, Force Battle Command Brigade and Below systems, Intrusion Detection and Common Remotely Operated Weapon systems and the Warfighter Information Network-Tactical systems.
