A regional Real Estate Development / Construction firm (75 employees, ~ $29.5M in annual revenue) Established and manage the Human Resources Department, including all HR functions, to ensure an employee-oriented, high performance culture that emphasizes empowerment, quality, productivity and standards, goal attainment, and the recruitment and ongoing development of a superior workforce.
