• Report HR director Spain & Portugal located in Madrid my main responsibility was coordinate the merger of 2 new companies in 2000 monitoring compliance with all labor- law procedures, analyzing and harmonizing remuneration policies, applicable Collective Agreement, social benefits etc.

• During 2003 I was appointed as HR Manager Spain & Portugal reporting to the WE HR Director and I carried out the personnel restructuring process, with the aim of adaptimng and adjusting the number of employees to the business need implementing a “Collective Dismissal’.
