Restructured salesforce and commission structure to reflect profitability rather than top-line revenue resulting in a significantly more profitably directed sales effort.

Arranged financing to convert a rental property into a condominium in NY City’s South Street Seaport. Worked with lawyers to vacate building with zero legal complications. Solely managed the process including producing Offering Memorandum, interviewing and hiring marketing firm, and running Condo Board during successful sell-out producing record price per square foot for the Seaport.
