Chief Executive Officer

Led Private Equity owned 85-year-old Building Maintenance, Restoration and Construction Company to EBITDA profitability within 12 months; reversed 6 years of operating losses.

Successfully reversed declining Gross Margin trends:

Restructured salesforce and commission structure to reflect profitability rather than top-line revenue resulting in a significantly more profitably directed sales effort.

Developed and implemented new customer pricing model reflecting 25% increase in man day rates; restructured or exited unprofitable contracts.

Arranged financing to convert a rental property into a condominium in NY City’s South Street Seaport. Worked with lawyers to vacate building with zero legal complications. Solely managed the process including producing Offering Memorandum, interviewing and hiring marketing firm, and running Condo Board during successful sell-out producing record price per square foot for the Seaport.

LEHMAN BROTHERS ASIA Tokyo, Japan & Hong Kong 1993 - 1995

Managed all Japanese and Asian world-wide sales and trading, derivatives, research, syndicate and origination, and stock loan departments.
