Contracts & Insurance Coordinator /Administrative Assistant

Assist Principal, General Counsel & Vice President in all aspects of Risk Management

Coordinate and prepare, as necessary, through full execution, all construction agreements with owner of each project

Assist the Principal, General Counsel & VP in indentifying the contract requirements and obtaining insurance, indemnity and bond language with company's insurance agent

Prepare through full execution, all subcontracts, purchase orders, work orders and LOIs and monitor for timely execution

Prepare the exhibit of special provisions and/or additional exhibits as may be required by the owner agreement

Prepare all riders and make all modifications to subcontracts as needed

Obtain and review all subcontractor certificates of insurance for compliance with project requirements

Pre-qualify all subcontractors for the company subcontractor default insurance program, including review of financial statements, OSHA Logs, EMR Ratings and current/completed projects

Assist the Principal, General Counsel & VP and coordinate with outside counsel in all litigation matters

Gather all documentation as needed for discovery

Report and track all liability and workers compensation claims and serve as direct point of contact for the insurance company

Maintain OSHA 300 Logs

Order all company bonds and certificates of insurance

Assist the Principal, General Counsel & VP in the annual insurance renewal process
