*Talent Acquisition:

- Responsible for head hunting potential candidates “Blue Collar” & “White Collar” utilizing online recruitment services and company data bank to screen and short list candidate CV’s against job descriptions.

- Responsible for preparing job offer, contracts and hiring documents.

- Develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need contacting community services, colleges, employment agencies and uploading job in recruitment media and social media.

- Represent the Company through Employment fairs.

- Responsible for the hiring process of new joiners (logistics – devices – business cards, Onboarding, announcements and Induction plan).

- Conduct HR interviews for junior & Mid-level positions based on clear CBI standards.

- Organizing interviews and producing interview schedules.

- Design & Update all the Company’s Organizational Structure (Head Office & Sites).

- Update the employee’s data base according to the changes in hiring, resignations and terminations.

- Building efficient Data bank (Soft & Hard) through an organized filling system.

- Receive Recruitment Request form to finalize all needed signatures.

- Reallocate manpower over projects as per demographic locations.

- Perform daily administrative recruitment tasks (preparing the recruitment request forms, hiring approvals, offer letters

*Employees Relation:

- Enhance Communication and reinforce Clarity.

- Handle employee relations, and conduct communication sessions with employees.
