Current Roles and Responsibilities

Work closely with the Organization Development Consultant and VP of IT and Strategic Development to perform the following:

Marketing Related Tasks and Responsibilities:

-Proposal of partnership with Fairmont Group, was the mediator between both parties, provided plan for mutual benefit

-Market study to start a chain of meat selling shops (200 shops by 2020) and presented it to Board of Directors, the projected Net Profit would be 33%,

-Completed a Feasibility Study, competitive analysis, sales forecast, and set sales targets and created a branch opening plan for this project

-Initiated and maintained partnership between Abdul Samad AL Qurashi Group and Fitness Time Gym

Strategic and Operational KPIs Related tasks & Responsibilities:

-Analyze all departmental activities

-Determine Inter Departmental relations and their types

-Determine and Set dynamic SMART objectives for each department, and their final deliverables, set procedures, deadlines, performance milestones, and measurement criteria by implementing KPIs Program

-Implement Balanced Scorecard

-Set Operational Objectives and KPIs for Staff Performance

-Implementation of performance appraisal system based on staff KPIs

-Collection of Department achievement in regarding to their objectives, review, analyze data collected and create monthly Departmental Performance Reports
