Duties:

Processing customer deposits, withdrawals, cash swap and other account payments.

Identifying damaged mutilated, altered and counterfeit money.

Informing customers about the charges for transactions done inside the branch (over the counter) and through EFT.

Examining cheques for endorsements.

Balancing coins and notes in the tellers’ drawer at the end of day.
