• Provide directions, advice and coaching to the Division Heads within the sector in performing their delegated responsibilities, and monitor their achievements.
• Develop implement and follow up with the yearly company budget.
• Provide financial reports and interpret financial information to managerial staff while recommending further courses of action.
• Analyze costs, pricing variable contribution Sales results and company’s actual performance compared to the business plan.
