Understand the full scope of works of the project by giving proper attention to all contract documents such as, drawings, specifications (Particular & General) and BOQ.

Execute the job as per Approved drawings.

Supervision of all installation works carried out at site, (installation of HVAC Equipments, such as Various Capacities of CHILLER, COOLING TOWER, PUMP, AHU/FAHU, FCU, CSU, PRECISION UNIT, DX Units, Package units, VRF units, FANS, DUCTING, CHW PIPING, etc…).

Supervision of Ducting, Chilled water piping, Copper piping and fittings fabrication & installation works as per the drawing given.

Co-ordination with Client, Consultants and Other Contractors, Spearheading the site activities and resolving site hindrances.

Monitoring Quality of job and generating regular reports.

Reporting regularly about the status of the project to the Project Manager and Consultant’s representative.

Day to day supervision of site works and quantity of workmanship.

Coordinate with planning and purchase department for timely material delivery for execution and monitoring the deployment of the same.

Manpower planning for the HVAC jobs at site.

Responsible to make the necessary changes in the drawing and erection as per the site conditions.

Attending progress meetings & Co-ordination with sub-contractors, consultants and clients.

Doing Material Qty Takeoff from given drawing to HVAC systems.

Preparing Material request as per site requirement.

Preparation of Measurement sheet for bill Certification.

Following safety requirements and standards for tools & tackles.

To raise inspection request for accomplished works and to carry out site inspection with consultant.

Execute the work as per the client specification and as per the Standard Codes.

Site coordination with all services like civil and MEP installation.

Raising regular inspection for completion of work with testing.

Co-ordinating with site working team for speedy completion of work.

Co-ordinating with the commissioning team for all testing and commissioning

Activities like Chiller, AHU’s, FCU’s, Package Units, Air Balancing, etc...

Co-ordinating for BMS Testing & Commissioning to handover the project.
