Duties Included:

Building Collegial relationships with and between staff and enhancing the Kwandwe

Monitoring of service standards and identifying areas for improvement or training. These areas include service methods, table set up, communication with guests, identification and catering to the needs of the guest, availability of butler service to guests at all times, correct following of orders, correct pouring and mixing of drinks. LALIBELA GAME RESERVE

Eastern Cape. Lalibela Game Reserve and Safari Lodge is located in the Eastern Cape of South Africa, close to Port Elizabeth and Addo, which means it is not only malaria free, but spans 5 ecosystems, resulting in a breath-taking diversity of flora and fauna.

Duties Included:

Serve food and/or beverages to patrons; prepare and serve specialty dishes at tables as required
