DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES:

Carrying out the laboratory practices like Iodine Test, Moisture test,Insoluble Test for ensuring the quality level of consumer product.

Conducting HACCP Audit in order to identify the critical points and rectify it

Implementation of 5S in order to maintain the hygiene sanitation practices and also weekly 5S audit done to maintain the quality management system.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES:

Check all process end samples of FFS division and flex lamination division and conform the quality of the products.

Analysis of incoming solvents in order to check the moisture, purity by gas chromatography so as to use on FFS division.

Checking of vehicles, packing materials in order to ensure the quality of products.

Ensuring the quality of adhesive by checking tag strength and tag time for ensuring good quality of adhesive.

Checking the paramters like viscosity, solids and NCO (Isocynate content) in flex lamination products ensuring quality of adhesives.

Checking the Viscosity, gardener colour and Ring&ball softening point in Holt melt, tapes and labels samples to satisfy the customer needs.

B.TECH in Chemical Engineering from Anjalai Ammal Mahalingam Engg college Thiruvarur, Passed out in 2014 with an aggregate of 82% .

HSC From Kamala Subramaniyam Matriculation higher secondary school,Thanjavur passed out with an aggregate of 81%.

SSLC from Aditya birla public school, Ariyalur passed out with an Aggregate of 65%.

Done In plant training in chettinad cements for 1 month about the process of Cement manufacture.

DESCRIPTION:

L-Lysine is an essential amino acids which required for nutrition and human growth and cannot be produced naturally. L-Lysine is used for curing and treatment of herpes infections and cold sores. L-Lysine is obtained from L-asparte and aspartic acid and mainly obtained by fermentation process by using E-coli bacteria and also involves process by using crystallization, centrifugation, evaporation and finally brought out in solid form(pellets) finally crushed and obtained in powder form.
