Duties and Responsibilities:

Conduct Aircraft Cabin appearance and meal trays presentation detailed audits by following the cabin standard operating procedures.

Overseeing and supervising the cabin cleaning standards and to ensure the cabin quality is maintained on entire fleet.

To ensure that meal trays are properly loaded and stacked as per the prescribed menu.

To ensure inventories of food & beverage, duty free items are stacked as per the procedure.

Evaluate strategic scenarios and create documents to ensure the management aware of the current cabin quality condition.

Utilise the customer insights data and cabin quality audit findings to help identify a priority focus for continued cabin improvements in order to achieve the customer satisfactions,

To report any discrepancies found to Shift in-charge for necessary rectification.

Plan the allocation of tasks and equipment requirements in order to effectively complete the aircraft appearance activity within the stipulated time so as to meet the airline requirements for turning around the aircraft.

Conducting comprehensive safety briefings and allocating the tasks to all team members as well as ensures that tasks are carried out systematically; in a safe manner adhering to the required standards.

Ensure proper headsets, magazines, landing cards, etc. are loaded to the aircraft before departure.

To carry out final inspection at the completion of cleaning service and ensures that the service standards are met at all time.
