ATI Allegheny Ludlum

First off ATI Allegheny Ludlum is a Specialty Metals Supplier. They produce metal for Aerospace Metals and Components. Such as commercial and military fixed - and rotary - wing aircraft and jet engines. One of their customers is Bell Helicopter. They produce the metal for their Helicopter blades. Take samples of molten metal after Electric Arc Furnace taps, takes samples and temperatures of molten metal whenever the AOD Operator lowers the AOD Vessel until metal becomes a finished product. Connects Argon line to ladle for stirring process of metal inside ladle. After stirring process has concluded, disconnects Argon line and connects Hydraulic hoses to ladle for transport of ladle to Ladle Teeming Car. After ladle enters Teeming Car, connects Hydraulic hoses to Teeming Car and Argon line to ladle for stirring of ladle. Then positions the Teeming Car onto the Stir Station for Ladlemen to conduct stirring of ladle and adding of alloys to molten metal. After Stir Station process has concluded, drives Teeming Car away from Stir Station, disconnects Argon line from ladle and connects Oxygen line to ladle for tapping of metal from ladle to molds. After tapping of ladle has concluded, disconnects Hydraulic hoses and Oxygen line for transport of ladle to ladle cleaning 708 Country View Ct., Birmingham, AL 35215
