On behalf of this respected local home-builder, contributed on a short-term basis to the new construction of single family homes throughout the region. Led project personnel while upholding all project management duties.

NORTHEAST CONSTRUCTION MANAGER Greystar – Mclean, VA 2013 – 2015

Managed construction capital projects across six multi-family rental properties from end to end, with cumulative project budgets up to $20M in total value. Completed projects including lease-end unit renovations (300+ projects), installation of amenities, renovation of interiors and exteriors, and other projects.
