Managed entire Verizon Digital Operations Account averaging $18M budget. Guided 80-person remote and on-site team comprised of analytics, behavioral science, account management, program management, solutions consultants, development, creative and CX. This was an exciting time for Verizon digital creative – new capabilities and partnerships allowed for experimentation and breaking new ground for all segments of Verizon include CRM, Internet Sales, Mobile and Retail. Governed creative teams that:

•Developed/coordinated on/off site creative for all launches, events and general campaigns

•Sponsorship digital creative in synergy with in-store or on-site (NFL, NBA Disney…)

•Partnered with OEMs (Nokia, Apple to develop in-store digital signage content

Challenges were addressing the marketing needs of different channels within one campaign. Digital creative had to fit within corporate brand guidelines while stretching the boundaries of what is possible in the digital space. Also had to manage the total customer experience vs. just the digital pieces of the journey.

Biggest accomplishment was having the highest impact digital creative for holiday to date including partnerships with media to develop new ad units and experiences.

Brain tumor at the brain stem discovered when 7-months pregnant. Recovery took 9 months after intensive brain surgery to learn to speak, walk, swallow and basically re-boot my physical self while adjusting to being a new parent.
