Consultant, Business Analysis/Quality Assurance

Lead a team to validate PRA’s Clinical Trial Management System (CTMS) compliance with 21CFR Part 11 as well as newly implemented SDLC processes. Worked with business teams to understand current user requirements and updated the existing Business Requirements Specification document to include latest business requirements. Created a Functional Requirements Specification document based on the implementation of the business requirements within CTMS. Created a set of test cases which was used to verify appropriate functionality of the CTMS system based on user requirements as well as 21CFR Part 11 requirements. Executed test cases and worked with validation specialists to ensure that all testing was completed to meet both internal SDLC processes as well as 21CFR Part 11 requirements.

ADP – Roseland, NJ 2010 to Aug 2017

Consultant, Quality Assurance, Global Enterprise Tech & Sol

Led team of testers to create and execute test cases for validation of configuration changes to the User Interface of ADP’s Siebel CRM implementation. Tested new integrations to CRM, including EIM data loads, web services and VBCs utilizing database and API tools such as Toad (SQL) and SoapUI. Utilized HP ALM to manage testing cycle which enabled efficiency in execution of test cases and detailed reporting on testing progress to management team. Reviewed configuration changes with development team and provided input and feedback resulting in decreased defect rate during testing cycles and overall quality improvement of releases. Analyzed each release cycle, giving feedback for process improvements leading to improved relationship between QA and development team and improved documentation from development for change requests. Documented test cycle process to onboard new team members quickly.

IBM Corporation – Research Triangle Park, NC 1995 to 2009

Senior IT Specialist, Siebel CRM Data Ops (2008 to 2009)

Reviewed requests for data batch jobs for company’s Siebel database and developed a design to support these requests. Lead designer for all Siebel EAI data jobs and in charge of data jobs impacting Siebel Workflow and Assignment Manager. Designed new EAI delete data job which allowed the marketing team to delete contacts purchased from outside sources on-demand rather than yearly or bi-yearly, allowing them to meet their required contracted deletion dates. Reviewed all designs for possible interactions with existing Workflow or Assignment Manager configuration to prevent possible overload on the Siebel application and avoid negative impact on customer productivity / satisfaction and financial reporting.

Senior IT Specialist, Siebel CRM Level 3 (2003 to 2008)
