Completed designs for Heavy Underground Mining Machinery, primarily for the coal industry. Used Pro Engineer software and later AutoCad Inventor software to create designs for machine frames and bodies, and also electrical controller case assemblies. Assisted with startup of additional rebuild shop in Lebannon, KY. Completed a large quantity of Raster Editing for older designs that changed. Used SAP software, Microsoft Word, Excel, Power point, Cadim, AutoCad Inventor Vault, Smarteam, AutoCAD 2d as well as Inventor 3d.

Supervision of all inspectors, Gage Control, SPC, ISO 9000 Work Instructions and Procedures, Quality Audits, part inspections, travel to customer sites to address Quality issues, Material testing, sample part inspections. This work was primarily for the class 8 large truck industry, MFG made fiberglass truck hoods, sleeper caps, and other parts for many different customers (Kenworth, Peterbilt, Freightliner, Volvo, Mack)

Worked as a Sales Associate for Koenig Sporting Goods, sold foot ware, clothing, hunting and fishing supplies, golf clubs, skiis, etc.. Key note, assisted a deaf woman by using partial sign language and a note pad to fit her with walking shoes, she was very pleased with the help I gave her.

Completed the Dale Carnegie Speaking Skills class while working as a Jr. Quality Engineer at C&J Industries.

As a Mechanical Designer have had to contact suppliers and vendors for part files.

As a Quality Supervisor have had to communicate standards and inspection data as well as work with ISO Standards Auditing groups.

MANAGEMENT

Worked as the Quality Supervisor for Molded Fiberglass Company in Union City, PA. Supervised up to 6 inspectors on Gage Control, SPC, Quality Inspections, wrote ISO 9000 Work Instructions and Procedures, Performed ISO Quality Audits, assisted MFG to become ISO Certified, performed large part inspections on a large CMM machine, traveled to customer sites to address quality issues, performed material and sample destructive testing, part finish inspections using a spectrometer, trained additional inspectors on gage control, SPC and ISO 9000.

Worked as a Junior Quality Engineer for C&J Industries in Meadville, PA. Set up SPC part inspection program to record part measurements live from the floor, performed clean room part inspections, wrote ISO 9000 Work Instructions and Procedures.

Worked as the Quality manager for Kapp Alloy and Wire. Wrote ISO 9000 Work Instructions and Procedures, performed sample destructive testing.
