Assisted with startup of additional rebuild shop in Lebannon, KY. Completed a large quantity of Raster Editing for older designs that changed. Supervised up to 6 inspectors on Gage Control, SPC, Quality Inspections, wrote ISO 9000 Work Instructions and Procedures, Performed ISO Quality Audits, assisted MFG to become ISO Certified, performed large part inspections on a large CMM machine, traveled to customer sites to address quality issues, performed material and sample destructive testing, part finish inspections using a spectrometer, trained additional inspectors on gage control, SPC and ISO 9000.

Worked as a Junior Quality Engineer for C&J Industries in Meadville, PA. Set up SPC part inspection program to record part measurements live from the floor, performed clean room part inspections, wrote ISO 9000 Work Instructions and Procedures.

Worked as the Quality manager for Kapp Alloy and Wire. Wrote ISO 9000 Work Instructions and Procedures, performed sample destructive testing.
