As Quality Assurance Officer & Validation Officer:

To check out and ensure general cleanliness and hygienic conditions of personnel and manufacturing areas.

To carry out the internal calibration of weighing balances.

To check and maintain the Temperature and Humidity record of all the sections, RM Store, FG Store and Packing Material store.

In process checks and Line Clearances of manufacturing Area.

To carry out raw material, packing material and in process sampling.

To check and maintain the availability of operational and cleaning log books in all stores and Production Area.

To conduct the Dispensing of Raw materials in collaboration with production pharmacist and store incharge.

Batch Manufacturing Record (BMR) issuance and record maintenance.

Issuance and Maintenance of Log Books of equipments.

Assist in Process Validation of Tablet Dosage Forms in collaboration with Validation Manager.

Assist in Cleaning Validation of Equipments in Tablet Section in collaboration with Validation Manager.

As In-Process Quality Control In charge:

To carry out Average weight calculation, Hardness Test, Disintegration Test, Dissolution Test, Friability Test, Weight variation Test of Tablet Dosage form.

To carry out Average Weight calculation, Weight variation Test, Dissolution Test of general and Cephalosporin’s Capsule dosage form.
