Expert in handling Marketing Department Activities with integrated approach coupled with IT while controlling the budget with sustainable revenue.
Efficient handling of consultants & Patients satisfaction by providing quality services and accurate information. The necessary feedback form obtained from the consultant and patient.
Review on feedback form once in a week to achieve highest satisfaction along with HODs

Co-ordinate, manage & monitor the process of various patient care services departments with co-ordination with respective process owners. One point contact for daily operational issues, take necessary corrective measures and resolves issues for further improvement.
