BOILER OPERATION:-

Responsible for the smooth operation of CFBC boiler From Desk and field. Compounded with Turbine with Air cooled condenser(ACC) and Surface condenser.

Responsible for the smooth operation of PF boiler from field.

Responsible for the smooth operation of AFBC boiler From Desk and field.

Cold Start up, Hot Start-up, Warm start up, Normal Operation, Emergency Handling and Safe shut down of Units.

Line up of the unit and its auxiliaries, Change-over of equipments, routine testing of protection system and annunciation system.

Issue and cancellation PTW (Permit to Work) system, safe isolation, personnel safety and equipment safety.

Monitoring plant operations and handle emergencies including shut-down of units and load throw-off to control generation as per requirement.

Instruction to Field operators for safe operation of Power Plant

Smooth startup and shutdown of boiler whenever required & to supervise site operators

TURBINE OPERATION:-

Manual Load Control with Hot well level& Dearator level maintain, Unit Synchronized.

Heaters charging from steam and water.

Vacuum pulling. Proper controlling of steam, water & oil system. Controlling various parameters of boiler & turbine within specified limit through D.C.S.

Air cooled condenser maintenance and operation

Operation of turbine auxiliary like AOP,MOP,EOP Overhead tank, Governor, Centrifuge machine, Ejector, GVC,LP heater etc.

Turbine heat rate and Boiler efficiency calculation and process losses

Having experience of turbine start up and rolling process.

Starting and stoppage of turbine during shut down and during emergency also

PLANT COMMISSING WORK:-

Work in 82 MW Project-410 TPH CFBC Boiler in Nirma Limited Bhavnagar Gujarat.

Boiler refractory and refractory dry out work.

Line fleshing and Line hydro test work

Equipment Trial work (All motor, control valve, mov )
