• Working as a “Mechanical Design Engineer” developing concepts for Material Handling Systems based on standard JLG equipment applications and industry principles.
• Advanced Telematics Technology introduction for JLG machines. Access device and CAN bus device module installation design projects.
• Design for boom lift structural assemblies and various Engine modules. 2. Client: CNH America LLC, New Holland, PA-USA (Jun-2012 – Apr-2017) Project: - New Generation Windrower, Balewagon and Harvester Development
• Involvement in concept to production stage designing, new product development, existing product improvement and re-engineering for T4 Self Propelled Windrower and Balewagon Engine installation
• Main frames, load carrying structures, hydraulic modules, header weldments, engine modules, hydraulics, structural, electrical and cost reduction projects.
• Cabin upgrade project involving structural changes, roof updates and interior design changes with modern electronics unit introduction.

• To study the new engine developed for market and check the possibility of the location of engine at different positions in different truck models.
