• Provides intensive clinical therapeutic services to children adolescents, and adults with identified mental health or substance abuse diagnosis.

Assesses patient mental status and problems by interviewing patients; obtaining personal information and medical history; consulting with other professionals; conducting and evaluating bio-psychosocial, diagnosing, preparing treatment plans and visiting patient on a weekly basis in school and at home where needed.
