Project: Marjan methanol production (5000 TPD)

Duty: Project / Process engineer and responsible for developing detail engineering which licensed by Haldor Topsoe (Including P&IDs, relief valve and flare sizing, rechecking all pipe sizing, control valves and PSV sizing, hydraulic calculation due to change in plot plan for all pumps, design of all COC and POC ponds, …). Detail engineering of Air Separation Unit (ASU) which is mandatory to start the methanol unit, in this case. Also design of all common facilities required for ASU (Cooling towers, LIN/LOX tanks…). Detail engineering of utilities e.g. water treatment package to supply DM/RO water for methanol / ASU plants. Hydraulic calculation of methanol product export line to berths, participate in detail design of steam reformer under licensed of ITT. Feasibility study to check OPEX and CAPEX and IRR to achieve to the best price of product.
