Compile detailed worksheets and specifications from customer orders.

Assigned with the responsibilities of creating the Dimensional Drawings, Main Assembly Drawing, Part Drawings and the complete Bill of Materials for turbine parts.

Responsible for tasks of analyzing the components to ensure design criteria and specific requirements.

Handled the job of checking and correcting the complete Bill of Materials (BOM) of a machine before it is released to manufacturing.

Responsible and placing of indent for raw material to purchase based on receipt of orders.

Preparing Manuals & work instructions for production operations for the unit and Maintaining MIS- Reports for facilitating decision making for the management.

Assist the shift superintendent to achieve shift targeted production.

Co-ordinate and monitor the movement of parts, supplies and materials within an establishment and ensure that supplies, materials and products are shipped and received on schedule.
