Quality assurance and control of marks captured on the system
Opening of assignments envelopes and double checking if Students information is correct
Making sure that all assignments are received and separated from multiple choice assignments and handwritten assignments
Correct mistakes on the assignments for e.g.
Student number, Study unit, Assignment number, completing pink cover page for assignments.
Collecting multiple choice assignments for scanning
Sort the assignments alphabetically and arrange assignments for registering
Register assignments on the student system and verifying that you have registered everything correctly (Study unit, assignment number and student number)
