As an Account Manager I perform the dual jobs of working with G4S and contracted client's local and corporate staff on a daily basis as a liaison between the client and G4S I manage the contract relationship with the client and all aspects of the contract fulfillment through in person and online programs, specifically Microsoft Office, exacqVision, and S2 Netbox. I control all aspects of the client's security division, to include personnel, camera systems, access control, and information security. I oversee all aspects of security on-site to ensure it is performed above standard. Additionally I perform office related duties include staffing, scheduling with a zero overtime goal, and on-site training of all G4S personnel assigned to the site. I ensure that all first impressions of my team are received with the highest regard. I manage a team of professionals that maintain standards while providing security of multiple locations and materials worth approximately 4 million dollars. Through my work with building the podcast and blog I have become proficient in the utilization of Facebook and Instagram Ads, marketing content creation on both platforms as well as techniques to create customer attention and retention through Snapchat as well. While working as an intern for Naodo, I was given the opportunity to practice and grow in marketing techniques through social media account management, content creation, and customer relations both through social media mediums and in person during conventions and sales events. I had the opportunity to assist the running of Naodo's content output through Facebook, and Instagram where I was given projects to design accurate and engaging content for their marketing posts about products and upcoming events. I was also able to assist in the companies Twitter campaigns, but primarily on a consultative basis. In this position I assisted in the development, and mentoring of youth in a therapeutic setting while maintaining a strong and protective correctional control over the facility and youth. During my time as the Phlebotomist Lead I redesigned the training procedures and program to meet a higher standard. These changes were specifically designed in order to lead a team of highly competent phlebotomists that could then lead as well as follow. My team maintained the highest standard of customer service and health care practices possible to ensure all procedures and products are of the highest quality. I trained and led a team of sixteen phlebotomists through three successful audits that were performed by Grifols Corporate, the FDA, and EMA.
