Responsibilities: QA/QC
Quality control in the lab by maintaining equipment with valid calibration certificates.
Monitoring the quality of tunnel support systems and preparing the record of Pull out tests of Rock Bolts, SDA, SWELLEX, SN Bolts, Steel ribs, lattices girder etc.
Concrete, mix-designs, reinforcement testing procedures as per (I.S code)
Monitoring quality of material is used in concrete work.
Inspection of the incoming material with client.
Conducting Mix Design trials according to grade required.
Preparing Mix Design for long distance Pumping Concrete of Tunnel Lining Concrete & Plane Shotcrete, PFRS, STEEL FIBRE, Precast panel for etc.
