Payroll maker for outsourced multinational companies like (AstraZeneca, Merck group, Axxcelera, LEEDS and Shell Iraq) with head count of over 2000 employees in 3 countries (Egypt, Iraq, Kurdistan Iraq & jordan) countries using payroll System Called “Hits” & “OFOQ”

Main responsibilities:

• Prepare monthly payroll activities for client companies and Ensuring accurate processing and recording of company’s payroll while providing timely and accurate financial information

• Prepares monthly, quarterly and year-end reports for management and GL account & pension fund reconciliations

• Prepare monthly report regarding annual earnings bank transfer summary, monthly variance report, cost center, pension fund, social insurance and miscellaneous deductions

• Load, sort and filter import files received from client HR teams on HR System and

• Keep track and update of wages, compensation & benefit rates, new hire information, Position and payment election

• Collect data of regular time, vacation payout, salary, leave of absence, overtime, retirements, severance payments, retro pay, and prorated pay

• Maintain data privacy parameters of operations and personal confidentiality by communicating the Payroll data through a series of passwords and rusted list authorization

• Maintains confidential personnel files and filing up social insurance forms No (1-6-2)

• Answer employee queries on compensation and benefit matters

• Prepare monthly pay slips and grouping based on a cost center and Departmental Levels

• Suspend resigned employees, settling terminated employees remuneration and end of service pay

• Prepare monthly and quarterly payroll process calendar ton ensure an On-time delivery of payroll and related reports

• Preparing monthly quality review report, service level agreement and account setup guidelines to maintain a high standard of service

• Process Employee Reward management based on KPI’s parameters and multiple sales & performance factors
