Working under M/S SRI VASISTA ENGINEERING SERVICES,Contractor at Viraj Steels and Power LTD, Jharsuguda (A concern of KJS AHLUWALIA STEEL & POWER group of companies) from dt. 19/01/2017 to dt.25/02/2018 as maintenance engineer at Power Plant unit.

Presently working under SREE METALIKS LTD, Loida Para,Rugudi, Barbil,Keonjhar,Odisha at Power Plant division since dt.26/02/2018 to till date as Asst.Engineer (Mechanical)

PROFESSIONAL SUMMARY

I.ESP related activity-Ash draining system, Maintenance of pressure in variation during work, Hopper material checking, Gasket change and emergency control related to ESP problem while changing gasket, Detail knowledge and activity related to smooth flow of material to the sylo, Knowledge on to check seal pressure at ESP.

II.Economizer related activity-Knowledge on hopper of the economizer, Line checking system of the economizer, Checking of seal pressure of the economizer, Checking of the gate valve of the economizer, Practical knowledge on the proper converging of ash in the line or not of the economizer includes verification of the cylinder movement related to closing and opening of the economizer.

III.Storage tank linked activity-Knowledge on the pressure checking activity of the instrument tank and converging tank and how to maintain the pressure regularly and how to remove moisture of the tank on regular basis. Cont 2

IV.Compressor related activity-Knowledge on maintain of the minimum pressure at compressor and how to start the emergency compressor during failure of any working compressor to maintain the pressure .

V.ID fan work-Knowledge on the operation of the ID fan.

VI.Boiler feed pump- Knowledge on smooth operation of the boiler feed pump, To check discharge pressure, in late pressure and balance pressure, Checking the temperature of the bearing of

the boiler feed pump, Detect the operation of the boiler feed pump and check the normal operation, To check the current consumption of the boiler feed pump.
