Utilizing continual improvement processes, exceeded budgeted cheese production pounds by 1.2MM and decreased cost per pound by 10%.

Improved First Pass Quality (FPQ), in whey process from 96.8% to 99.1% through Continuous Improvement (CI) initiatives.

Total savings through CI initiatives in 2016 were $2.3MM and 2017 savings were $3.2MM.
