Have been deployed to different client places and currently working for ICANN. ICANN has transformed the existing sustenance applications and legacy systems into Salesforce.com (SFDC). ICANN uses SFDC as a platform to implement their business process, policies, procedures and standards. This includes CRM implementation and enhancement, several third party apps / widget to efficiently automate the business processes within SFDC. The challenge here is to support testing activities for sustenance applications which are in production. Meanwhile manage the team to support testing activities for the new implementation. ICANN follows Agile methodologies for their implementation. All the sprint activities including test management and defect management are managed using JIRA during sprint cycle. Test management is integrated using QC / ALM. All the regression test cases are automated to a high degree using BQurious and Selenium with JIRA. Zebra has transformed the existing Sustenance Application (which includes Oracle 11i, BAAN, Lawson and few legacy system) to Oracle R12 implementation

(which includes Finance, P2P, iExpense, HRMS, OM, iReceivables, AP, iPayments, Advanced Collections, AR, Cash Management, Pricing, Cost Management and Seibel OM & CRM). The overall processes covered are P2P, OTC and FTP. The challenge here is to support testing activities for sustenance applications which are in production. Mean while manage the team to support testing activities for the new Merlin R12 implementation that covers Oracle HR, Fin, P2P, Manufacturing, Supply chain and Siebel CRM applications and Order Entry. All the test management is managed using Quality Centre with the automation looks like QTP, and Load Runner. ZenAutoPro was used to auto generate the QTP test automation script to speed up the test automation process. Managed the functional and Performance and regression testing activities. Lead for NA Finance Production support managing the team for Finance Support incidents.
