(Here I started without any training or help, learnt everything on my own within 3 days, show and teach management some things that they did not even know. Since I started I deposit over R30 000.00 – R70 000.00 per month from the first month I started there up till now, (the previous person deposit only R5000 to R6000). I learned to service repair and maintain all machines on my own without any training. I have gained experience in HR, I fired people who stole money from the company, hired new ones, trained them, worked out time tables, leaves, sick leaves, etc. so I think by now I can go for something bigger!
