Responsible for cash management activities; including, but not limited to: accruals, cash flow analysis, lease versus buy options, analysis of overhead and recovery rates, General Ledger and account analysis

Author the Five-Year Financial Forecast and revise accordingly.

Provide monthly variance expense analysis for a department of a major public transportation company and make recommendation to reduce expenses and enhance efficiency.

Provide monthly cash flow analysis to ensure sufficient resources and cash is used optimally.

Responsible for monthly Performance Indicator calculations and ratios, cash to accrual reconciliations, intercompany billings and funding, and documentation and planning of miscellaneous contract payments. Team leader for agency wide annual budget system input.

Analyze and evaluate requests for Federal Grant Funding to ensure eligibility per Federal Regulations and Guidelines.

Responsible for compliance of Comp Grant accounts

SUPERVISORY EXPERIENCE
