2012 – 2017 Consultant

I have held many positions as a consultant to various businesses in a variety of industries. My business acumen translates to any industry as shown by my successful record. Primarily my experience is in Enterprise Level or any Sales or Sales management position that is customer facing, C-level and has autonomy to hit a number or manage a team. 2016 – 2017 VP Marketing – Interloc Solutions, Folsom, California – Act as VP of Marketing for a $22m Software Company. Perform a complete analysis of all clients current and pipeline, Who, what, where, how – modify all marketing to attract new business. Attend Business Conferences and Trade Shows. Assist with the creation of a Private Label partner network. Recreate all marketing materials including: Web Site, Trade Show Booths, Brochures and more. 2014 – 2017 VP Business Development – Blastis, Corp.- Was a primary funding source and acting CEO for a SaaS Cloud Based Text Marketing solution for SME’s and Small businesses. Led the executive team in the raising of money, created the business plan and go to market plan for the business. 2012– 2016 Consultant / Business Development. Bentec Medical Woodland, California. Brought in by the CEO to assist the $18m company and determine what was going wrong. After a complete analysis of the business I determined all the areas that needed to be restructured. Within 4 months I Landed the single largest client the company had in the previous 10 years. Land Large clients to License, Manufacture and Distribute the company’s products. Attend Trade Shows and Product Demonstrations. Led the company in the turn-around effort. Was Lead Consultant and found $20m investor to take over the company. 1995 – 2012 Founder / VP Business Development WebCreators, Inc. Irvine, California Founded and built an Internet software development company; I created a proprietary SaaS for the rapid building and managing of ecommerce and user managed web sites. Deployed our solution as a Private Label to more than 400 resellers world-wide. Built more than 1 2 a million web sites globally and is still in use today. Consult with companies on their sales and marketing efforts and create complete programs for their success. White Label of our solution to VAR’s, Channel Partners, Resellers and SME’s. Sales, Implementation and customization of our solution to the channel, Fortune 1000 and SME’s. Key clients were Freedom Communications, Harte Hanks, Century 21, and many others. Work with vendors across the technology spectrum to enhance, partner with and expand our platform. Managed a team of twenty-six programmers, designers, sales and support staff.
