Project Description

Religare Health Insurance: EXIMUS is a Religare Preparatory system which help Insurers to create Policies, Policy Endorsements, Policy Renewals, Processing Claims, and generating Commissions for Intermediaries. Facilitate Business and Regulatory needs such as changes related to Rates, Policy Rules, Forms & Circular revisions and other changes advised by advisory bodies like IRDA (Insurance Regulatory and Development Authority) etc.

Business Analyst

Roles and Responsibilities:

Being a Business Analyst, involved in all new project kick off meetings, checking the feasibility of Business Requirements with Technical Team and subsequently provide High-Level estimates.

Responsible for all phases of Requirement Management including Requirement Gathering, Analyzing,

and tracking requirement.

Creating Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and Functional Specification Document (FSD).

Schedule and Facilitate internal & external team meetings to review project status and ensure on time delivery.

Perform and assist Technical Team with GAP analysis between current state of the system and new requirements to propose best possible solutions to Clients.

Review and Update Post Analysis End-to-End Estimates. Follow all phases of Software Development Life Cycle to implement the changes into Production environment.

Helping the development team to understand Business requirements to make sure enhancements meet the Business and Regulatory needs.

Prepare Test Plan and Test Case document. Perform System Integration Testing (SIT) and assist in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) while making sure that changes are in accordance with Business Requirements.

Responsible for maintaining Test Reports for SIT and UAT which is used for Defect Probability Matrix and Quality Management using HP Quality Center.

Prepare Delivery Package which contains BRDs, FSDs, Test Case document and SIT Test Reports to hand over to client to initiate UAT.

Assisting Team in timely delivery to Production and working with Business Partners in managing Production Issues. Also, provide business guidance and test support as needed for resolution.

Review and Maintenance of Documentation as per Quality Standards to ensure compliance with internal and external audits and Maintaining Quality Standards as per Company and Client’s Policy.

Providing Domain and application trainings to new team members.
